Street Tacos: A foundational Mexican dish with your choice of a variety of fillings on soft corn tortillas, garnished with cilantro and onion:
Carne Asada: Skirt/flap steak marinated in citrus and spices.
Al Pastor: Pork shoulder cooked vertical spit style. Served with pineapple,
Carnitas: Slow-cooked, tender pork shoulder crisped to perfection.
Pollo Asado: Grilled or shredded chicken in a smoky, spicy tomato-chipotle sauce.
Pescado: Lightly battered or grilled fish or shrimp tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a crema sauce.
