APPETIZERS

ENTREES 

Street Tacos: A foundational Mexican dish with your choice of a variety of fillings on soft corn tortillas, garnished with cilantro and onion:

• Carne Asada: Skirt/flap steak marinated in citrus and spices.

• Al Pastor: Pork shoulder cooked vertical spit style. Served with pineapple,

• Carnitas: Slow-cooked, tender pork shoulder crisped to perfection.

• Pollo Asado: Grilled or shredded chicken in a smoky, spicy tomato-chipotle sauce.

• Pescado: Lightly battered or grilled fish or shrimp tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a crema sauce.

Enchiladas: Corn tortillas dipped in sauce, filled with cheese or chicken, rolled, covered in house-made sauce, and baked to perfection. Topped with crema, cheese, and onion.

• Enchiladas Rojas: Spicy red chili sauce

• Enchiladas Verdes: green tomatillo sauce

• Enmoladas: Rich mole sauce 

Fajitas: Marinated meat (beef, chicken, or shrimp) grilled with bell peppers and onions. Served with warm tortillas.
